2. Services

Arena of Esports provides esports community services, including:

• AOE accounts and profile tools.
• FC player cards and the public Transfer Market.
• Free event pre-registration and tournament-day check-in.
• Online tournament organization and prize-money administration.
• Club/team tools, trial requests, community messages and admin support.
• Giveaway ticket pages and related admin tools.

3. Free Launch and Future Fees

3.1. Public launch access does not require tickets, subscriptions, paid packages, checkout or payment proof unless an official event page expressly states otherwise.

3.2. Creating a Player Card and joining currently active free launch flows is free. Future paid services or paid events may be introduced only when prices and conditions are shown before users commit.

3.3. Prize money is a tournament reward. It is not a purchase, ticket, subscription or paid entry.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

Users must provide accurate account, profile and player-card information. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity under their account. Arena of Esports may verify, reject, suspend or remove accounts or player cards where information is false, abusive, unsafe or violates these Terms or event rules.

5. Player Cards and Transfer Market

Player cards may include gamertag, card type, avatar, country, city, public social links, market value, division and performance statistics. After user consent and admin approval, player cards may be shown publicly in the Transfer Market. Users must only submit avatars, names, social links and other content they have the right to use.

Arena of Esports may approve, reject, request changes, suspend or remove player cards. Gender/card-type rules and gender-change requests may be reviewed by admins to protect fair competition and platform integrity.

6. Events, Check-in and Available Spots

Users who pre-register for community tournaments may need to check in by the stated time on tournament day. If a pre-registered player does not check in on time, the unconfirmed spot may be released so another user can participate. Event pages and official event rules control format, schedule, eligibility, platforms, maximum participants and check-in windows.

7. Prize Money and Payouts

Prize money, when offered, is paid by Arena of Esports after the tournament has been completed and reviewed. Payouts may be made via online banking or another announced payout method. Winners may need to provide accurate payout details and complete reasonable verification. AOE may delay or refuse payouts where rules are violated, fraud is suspected, eligibility is not met or required details are missing.

8. Conduct Rules

Users must not:

• Cheat, manipulate results or abuse tournament systems.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against others.
• Submit false account, player-card, team or payout information.
• Upload illegal, infringing, explicit, hateful or unsafe content.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, account rules or admin decisions.

9. User Content and Rights

Users keep ownership of content they submit, such as avatars, player-card details, social links, club crests and team descriptions. By submitting content, users grant Arena of Esports permission to host, display, resize, adapt and use that content as needed to operate the platform, player cards, player markets, events, admin tools and related promotional or community surfaces.

10. Club Teams and Trial Requests

Club-team owners, captains and managers are responsible for the accuracy of team information, crest rights, recruiting details and trial-request communication. Trial requests may include a WhatsApp number and a message so team managers can contact the requester.

11. Admin Moderation

Arena of Esports may review submissions, send admin messages, request changes, remove public content, block or suspend player cards, cancel registrations, release unconfirmed event spots, investigate disputes and take action needed to protect users, tournament integrity and platform security.

12. Refunds

Current launch participation is free. If paid services or paid events are introduced in the future, applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase or registration and may also be controlled by official event rules.

13. Mobile Apps, Stores and Giveaways

Arena of Esports services may be offered through the website, iOS apps and Android apps using the same account and backend. Apple, Google, Meta and other third-party platforms are not sponsors, organizers or administrators of AOE tournaments, prize pools, giveaways or promotions unless official rules expressly say otherwise. App-store rules may affect how certain features are displayed in mobile apps.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

15. Liability

Arena of Esports works to provide a stable and fair platform, but online services can be affected by technical problems, third-party services, internet outages, console/platform issues or user behavior. Unless required by law, AOE is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, third-party service failures or disruptions outside its reasonable control.

16. Changes to the Terms

Arena of Esports may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are published on this page and take effect when posted unless stated otherwise.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that best reflects the intended purpose where permitted.
