Delete your Arena of Esports account

You can request deletion or anonymization of your Arena of Esports account, player-card data and associated personal information. Use the email address linked to your account whenever possible so we can verify the request.

What to include

The email address used for your account.
Your PSN / Gamertag and platform, if available.
Your WhatsApp number, if it was used for your profile or tournament registration.
Whether you want full account deletion, a specific player-card deletion, avatar removal or another correction.
A short confirmation that the request is yours.

What happens next

We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
We review whether the request affects active tournaments, prize payouts, disputes, security or admin records.
We delete, remove from public view or anonymize eligible data.
We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the request safely.

Data that may be affected

Account details, profile information, player-card data, avatars, social links, club-team data, tournament registrations, check-in records, giveaway tickets, likes, admin inbox messages and support requests may be deleted, removed from public view or anonymized where appropriate.

Records we may need to retain

Some limited records may need to remain where required for tournament integrity, prize-money payouts, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or enforcement of platform rules. Where possible, retained records are minimized or anonymized.

Public player cards

If your player card is public in the Transfer Market, a deletion request can remove it from public view or anonymize it. Past event records, winner/ranking history or integrity records may be retained in limited form if they are needed to preserve tournament history or resolve disputes.
