What can I do on AOE at launch?+
You can create your Player Card, join the New Future League onboarding, browse the Transfer Market, follow Upcoming Events, and view past results.
Do I need an account?+
You can browse public pages without an account. For Player Cards, event pre-registration, check-in, and your personal tournament hub, you need to sign in.
Which platforms are supported?+
Supported platforms depend on the format. Event pages show whether PS5, Xbox Series, PC, or crossplay options are available.
Which countries do the players come from?+
Players join from all over Europe.
Free Launch
Is anything sold on the website at launch?+
No. AOE is not selling tickets, subscriptions, or paid packages at the start. Prize money shown on an event is a tournament reward, not a purchase or paid entry.
Do I need to pay to create a Player Card?+
No. Creating your Player Card is free and is the first step for the New Future League experience.
Is there a checkout step?+
No. The active public Upcoming Events flow uses pre-registration and check-in, not a checkout.
What should I check before joining an event?+
Read the event page before you pre-register. It shows the format, supported platforms, schedule, capacity, check-in window, and rules.
Events, Check-in & Prize Money
How do I join an Upcoming Event?+
Create or use your Player Card, pre-register for the event, and open your tournament hub in My Tournaments when the event approaches.
When is my start place confirmed?+
Pre-registration gives you the chance to check in. Your start place is confirmed only after a successful check-in while spots are available.
How does check-in work for community tournaments?+
Players who pre-registered can check in until the time shown for the tournament day. If a player does not check in on time, that spot is released and another user can participate on the tournament day.
What happens if an event is full?+
If all confirmed spots are taken, your pre-registration remains visible in your tournament hub, but it does not guarantee a start place. If a spot is released during check-in, another user can take it.
How are prize winnings paid out?+
Prize winnings are paid out by AOE after the tournament via online banking.

What is New Future League?+
New Future League is the new AOE player hub for the FC27 era, built around Player Cards, the Transfer Market, events, and community competition.
What is the Transfer Market?+
The Transfer Market helps the community discover New Future League players, compare profiles, and find potential teammates or opponents.
Can I change my Player Card later?+
Yes. After your Player Card is created, you can keep your profile information up to date from your account area.
