Do I need an account to join an event?
Yes. You need an account to register and upload a payment proof (if required).
Which platforms are supported?
Platforms depend on the tournament. Most events support PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
Which countries do the players come from?
Players join from all over Europe.
Payments
How does payment work?
You pay via bank transfer and upload a payment proof on the checkout page.
When am I confirmed as a participant?
After your proof is uploaded, the AOE team reviews it. Once approved, you’ll see it in “My tournaments”.
What if I can’t participate after buying a ticket?
Cancel at least 3 hours before the tournament to receive a refund or a free ticket for a future event. We work for our community, not against it.
How do I receive the prize money?
Prize money is paid out directly after the tournament via online banking.
How do I know everyone receives their prize money?
We post the winners on Instagram, and they confirm it in the comments.
Does the prize pool stay the same if fewer players join?
Yes. The prize pool always remains at least as promised.
